Thousand Oaks, CA—May 28, 2004, TECOM Industries, Inc. today announced it has appointed Magdy Michael as Senior Marketing Manager, reporting directly to TECOM Business Development Vice President Elissa Seidenglanz. In his new role, Magdy will be responsible for capturing new Commercial and Government business opportunities in order to expand TECOM's antenna product lines worldwide.

Magdy has more than 17 years' experience in Strategic/Tactical Planning, Business Product Development, Mergers/Acquisitions and Project Conception and Management. This experience is complemented with a long-term track record of successfully prospecting and closing business opportunities in the wireless and RF world. Magdy holds a BSc. EE and completed MBA coursework. "We are delighted to have Magdy join our team," said TECOM Business Development Vice President, Elissa Seidenglanz. "He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear on all acquisition phases of an opportunity as well as strategic planning."

Prior to joining TECOM, Magdy was a Senior Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for California Amplifier for the Satellite division.
